- Orders will be filled after payment has been cleared. Problems with credit card numbers, or any other form of payment may delay the order.
- While most orders are shipped within one(1) working day, please allow three(3) working days for shipment.
- QWorks will normally ship UPS-Ground to US customers and US Mail to Canadian customers. On occassion, a shipping day can be gained by changing from UPS Ground to USPS Priority One Mail. QWorks has the right to use equal-service shipping methods when circumstances warrant.
Orders - Changes and Cancellations
Upon completion of the order process, processing of credit card charges may occur immediately. However, until the order is staged for shipment, QWorks will make every effort to accomodate changes or cancellations. Keep in mind, that our "satisfaction guaranteed" policy allows any order to be returned for credit according to our returns policy (see "Service Issues").
